Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, A Martin-Sklan of 133 Golders Green, London NW11 8HJ, being the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend within the period of 4 months from 28 January 2010. Those Creditors who have not yet proved their debts in the liquidation are required, on or before 28 January 2010, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts to me, and if so required by notice in writing by me, personally or by Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any Dividend declared before such debt is proved.
