Notice is hereby given that the joint administrators intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above companies and to distribute the dividend no later than 8 April 2010, being two months from the expiry of the last date of proving.

Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 8 February 2010, (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt to Ian David Green and Stephen Andrew Ellis of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP, the Joint Administrators of the above companies and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend.
