WBUILD LIMITED (T/A CAMBRIDGE OUTDOOR LIVING) (IN CREDITORS VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, as Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, I, Ian Douglas Yerrill, Gerald Edelman, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent TN24 8DH intend paying a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. The creditors of the Company are required, on or before Friday 12th February 2010, to submit their proofs of debt to me as Liquidator of the Company.

Creditors may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his/her debt by close of business on Friday 12th February 2010, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he/she has not participated in it, the first or any other dividend declared before his/her debt is proved.

Last date for receiving claims: Friday 12th February 2010.
