NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by South Lakeland Parks Limited for consent to discharge up to 29 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent to a drainage ditch leading to a tributary of The River Lune at National Grid Reference SD 41615 57313 from Hawthorn Caravan Park, Carr Lane, Middleton Sands, Morecambe, LA3 3LL.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 14/1/10 to 25/2/10 quoting reference NPSWQD009697.
