NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Reverend Ian Ring on behalf of the Community for Reconciliation, for consent to discharge up to 20 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the Battlefield Spring at National Grid Reference SO9666877207 from Barnes Close, Chadwich Manor Estate, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 0RA.
