NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Holy Cross Care Homes Limited to vary their consent to discharge from 10 cubic metres up to 34 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage to the Stratford Brook at National Grid Reference SO 76876 95658 from Bradeney House Nursing Home, Bradeney, Worfield, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV15 5NT.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 22/1/10 to 5/3/10 quoting reference S/05/10361/S/10/1.
