Notice is hereby given that I, Richard A J Hooper of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton IG10 4PL intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors herein within a period of four months from 18 February 2010. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 18 February 2010, this being the last day for receiving proofs, or they will be excluded from this dividend. Creditors should send in their claim to the undersigned.
