NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Porch House Management Limited for consent to discharge up to 5 cubic metres per day of Secondary Treated Sewage Effluent to Groundwaters via an Infiltration System at National Grid Reference SJ 58724 84858 from Walnut Barn, Porch House Farm, Runcorn Road, Higher Walton, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 6TW.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 28/1/10 to 11/3/10 quoting reference NPSWQD009536.
