NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by CEMEX UK Materials Limited for consent to discharge up to 150 cubic metres per day of trade effluent to the Strait of Dover at National Grid Reference TR 32087 40341 from Dunkirk Jetty, Western Docks, Dover, Kent, CT17 9TF.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 4/2/10 to 18/3/10 quoting reference NPSWQD009991.
