NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Penpergwm House Limited for consent to discharge up to 12 cubic metres per day of Secondary Treated Sewage Effluent to Groundwaters via an Infiltration System at National Grid Reference SO 33028 10041 from Penpergwm House, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 9AE.
