Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, as Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, I intend paying a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. The creditors of the Company are required, on or before Friday 26 March 2010, to submit their proofs of debt to me as Liquidator of the Company, at the address shown below. Creditors may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his/her debt by close of business on Friday 26 March 2010, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he/she has not participated in it, the first or any other dividend declared before his/her debt is proved.
