NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Gatwick Airport Limited for consent to discharge a rainfall dependent volume of site drainage to the River Mole at National Grid Reference TQ 25780 41000 from Gatwick Airport, West Sussex, RH6 0NP. The existing discharges at National Grid References TQ 26100 40700 and TQ 26100 40400 will cease and be diverted to the new discharge point.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 10/2/10 to 24/3/10 quoting reference NPSWQD010059.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Public Register, Swift House, Frimley Business Park, Camberley, GU16 7SQ between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
