Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. All creditors who have not proved their debt should do so on or before 5 March 2010. It is my intention to declare a dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Proofs should be sent to Alan B Coleman and Jonathan M Timmis of J M Marriott, 14 Queen Street, Lancaster, LA1 1RS. A creditor who has not proved his debt mentioned above is not entitled to participate in any Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
