Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. All creditors who have not proved their debt should do so on or before 8 March 2010. It is my intention to declare a dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
