NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Ashtead Plant Hire Co Limited for consent to discharge up to 0.7 cubic metres per day of treated powerwash waters to Tributary of River Taw at National Grid Reference SS 59079, 24545 from A Plant, Fishleigh Rock, Umberleigh, Devon, EX37 9DX.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 17/2/10 to 31/3/10 quoting reference NPSWQD009115.
