Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I, Peter Byatt of LB Insolvency, 129 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0QT as liquidator of the above, intend to declare a first and final dividend within the period of four months from 15 March 2010. Those creditors who have not yet proved their debts in the liquidation are required, on or before 15 March 2010, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts to me, and if so required in writing by me, personally, or by solicitors, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend declared before such debt is proved.
