NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Alstom Power for consent to discharge rainfall dependent trade effluent consisting of site drainage to a tributary of the Pembroke River at National Grid Reference SM 93694 02280 from Pembroke Power Station, Pembrokeshire, SA71 5SS.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 24/02/10 to 7/04/10 quoting reference NPSWQD010536.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Public Register, Maes Newydd, Llandarcy, Neath Port Talbot, SA10 6JQ between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
