Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 Insolvency Rules 1986 that it is my intention to declare a first dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the above named company not later 18 June 2010. Creditors who have not already done so are required on or before 18 March 2010 to send their Proofs of Debt to Roderick M Withinshaw of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, the Liquidator of the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend.
