Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named within four months from the last date of proving.

Creditors, who have not already done so, are required to submit full details of their claims, including their name, address, amount of the claim and particulars of how and when the debt was incurred, to Walletts Insolvency Services, Adventure Place, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, ST1 3AF, on or before the last day of proving.

Creditors who do not prove their debt by that date will be excluded from the dividend distribution. Last day for receiving proofs is 31 March 2010.

Please note: Members are advised that this distribution has no effect on their status and there is no requirement to contact Walletts Insolvency Services in respect of any potential claim.
