Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the last date for proving preferential debts against the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 19 March 2010, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned James Money of Smith & Williamson Limited, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY the Joint Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the Joint Liquidator intends to declare a first and final preferential dividend within four months of the last date of proving.
