I, John Paul Bell of Clarke Bell Limited, Parsonage Chambers, 3 The Parsonage, Manchester, M3 2HW, Liquidator of the above company, give formal notice under Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, of the intention to make a forthcoming first and final distribution to the non preferential creditors within the next 4 months.

Creditors are required on or before 25 March 2010, to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to me at the above address and prove their debts or claims.

Default thereof will exclude any creditor from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
