NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Nestlé Waters UK Limited for consent to discharge up to 240 cubic metres per day of Potable Borehole Water to Hogshaw Brook at National Grid Reference SK 05456 74929 from Bottled Water Factory, Nestlé Waters GB Limited, Station Road, Buxton, SK17 6AQ.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 4/3/10 to 15/4/10 quoting reference NPSWQD010096.
