NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Castleoak Care Developments Limited for consent to discharge up to 33 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to an unnamed ditch leading to a tributary of The Rive Teise at National Grid Reference TQ 62817 32974 from a proposed Care Home on Station Road, Wadhurst, Kent, TN5 6RY.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 12/3/10 to 23/4/10 quoting reference NPSWQD010186.
