Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.95 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named companies no later than 22 June 2010. If you have not yet submitted a formal claim in the administrations, you are required, on or before 22 April 2010 (the last date for proving), to provide proof of debt to the joint administrators of the above named companies, Colin Michael Trevethyn Haig, Ian David Green and Patrick Michael Boyden of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Hill House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6HR, and, if so requested, to provide such further details, or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the joint administrators to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend.

The value of the Prescribed Part (which is that part of any floating charge realisations that should be made available for unsecured creditors) is expect to be £241,348.72 in Credere BRI Limited and £191,546.25 in Credere IVA Limited.
