The following was passed as an Ordinary Resolution:

That D S M Edwards of Aaron & Partners LLP of Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester CH1 1HG be, and hereby is, appointed Liquidator.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors the appointment of D S M Edwards was not confirmed, and David Moore of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, No 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF was appointed as Liquidator in his place.
