Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I intend to pay a first and final dividend in the above matter within four months of 14 May 2010.

Any creditors that have not proved their debts are required to do so on or before 14 May 2010 or else they will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend.
