Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Liquidator, intend to declare a first and final dividend to the Unsecured Creditors’ of the above named company within the period of 4 months from 21 May 2010 the last day for proving.

Creditors who have not proved their debts are required on or before the 21 May 2010 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claim and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to Matthew Douglas Hardy, the liquidator of the said company, at Poppleton & Appleby, 35 Ludgate Hill, Birmingham B3 1EH. Creditors who fail to prove their debts by 21 May 2010 will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made.

This notice is in accorance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended).
