Brotea Limited was placed into liquidation on 26 January 2006. Gary Paul Shankland (IP No 009587) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 32 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3BT replaced Richard Andrew Segal as Joint Liquidator on 26 June 2009 and Jamie Taylor (IP No 002748) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea, SS1 2EG replaced Paul Michael Davies as Joint Liquidator on 12 October 2009.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare a Final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the above named Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 1 June 2010 to send their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 32 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3BT and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend, which we intend to declare within the period of 4 months of that date.
