Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Liquidator of the above named company intends to pay a dividend to unsecured creditors. The creditors of the company who have not already done so are required on or before 21 May 2010 to submit their proofs of debt to Eric Brightwell of Brightwell Associates, Grenville Court, Britwell Road, Burnham, Buckinghamshire SL1 8DF, the Liquidator of the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to participate in any dividend declared before his debt is proved. Notice is also given that within four months from the last date for proving I intend to pay a final dividend to unsecured creditors and close the liquidation.
