Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors in the above matter within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving being 27 May 2010. Pursuant to Rule 11.2 (2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, creditors who have not previously provided details of their claim in the liquidation are required to do so no later than the last date for proving, failure to do so may result in exclusion from future dividend distributions.
