Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 2.95 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Administrators in this matter intend to declare a final dividend to non preferential unsecured creditors, who are required on or before 27 May 2010, being the last date for proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary.

Creditors who have lodged a proof of debt with the Joint Administrators previously do not need to re-submit their proof.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, the distribution of the final dividend or the interim dividends declared on 28 July 2009, 4 December 2009 and 19 March 2010 and his claim will be disregarded by the Joint Administrators for these purposes.

Should you wish to submit a claim, the requisite proof of debt form and documentation in support of your claim must be sent to the Joint Administrators by the last date for proving outlined above. The dividend will be declared within the period of two months from that date.
