NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

1. We, Steve Miller and Maria Kerr hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after publication of this notice we intend to make an application to Central Bedfordshire Council, Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, near Shefford, Bedfordshire SG17 5TQ, for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at: Woodside Farm & Leisure Park, Woodside Road, Slip End Village, Luton, Bedfordshire LU1 4DG.

2. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the Central Bedfordshire Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Council, at the address provided above, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm.

It is recommended that you contact one of the Council’s Zoo licensing officers on 0300 300 8000 to make an appointment so that he can meet you and answer any questions you may have about the application.
