Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Court Orders dated 18 September 2009 granted in respect of each of the above Companies, that the Joint Administrators of the above named Companies intend paying a first and final dividend to the unsecured non-preferential creditors of the companies. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 14 June 2010, to send their proof of debt to the undersigned, N G Edwards of Deloitte LLP, PO Box 810, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3WA, the Joint Administrator of the Companies.

They are also required, if requested, to provide such further details, or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified above will be excluded from the dividend. The dividend first and final will be declared within 4 months of 14 June 2010.
