Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1086, Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator proposes declaring a dividend to the preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 15 June 2010, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, the Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends declaring a first and final dividend within 4 months of the last date for proving.
