Cork International Investments Limited was placed into liquidation on 12 July 2005. Chris Morris (IP No 216) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP was appointed Joint Liquidator with Paul Davis (IP No 7805) who was replaced as Joint Liquidator on 26 June 2010 by Gary Shankland (IP No 9587) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP.

The Liquidators intend to declare a Final dividend to non-preferential creditors of the above named Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 22 June 2010 to send their proofs of debt to the Liquidators, at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 32 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3BT and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend, which we intend to declare within 4 months of that date.
