This notice is addressed to former and current employees of the companies listed above.
The Vita Pension Fund No.2 (the “Fund”) is intending to commence the process of winding-up.
If you were or are an employee of one of the above companies, and a member of the Fund (which provided benefits to Senior Executives and Directors), and think you are entitled to benefits under the Fund but have not been contacted in respect of those benefits, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact in writing the Trustee of the Fund c/o Graeme Mearns at Mercer Limited, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB by no later than 2 August 2010 . You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to.
It is the Trustee’s intention to distribute the assets of the Fund to provide benefits for its members and other beneficiaries as soon as possible. If the Trustee is not aware of any entitlement you may have under the Fund by 2 August 2010 it will not be liable to pay benefits to you.
If you already receive a pension from the Fund, or you have received announcements from the Trustee regarding the winding-up and transfer of the Fund’s liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustee as it already has full details about your entitlements.
