Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a first and final dividend will be paid within a period four months from the last date of proving. The last date for creditors to prove claims in this matter is 31 August 2010.

All creditors are invited to prove their debts in writing to me together with supporting documentation to substantiate their claim up to the relevant date of 26 September 2005. All debts and claims should be sent to this office BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3AT.

Under Rule 11.3(2) a liquidator is not obligated to deal with claims lodged after the last date for proving.

No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
