THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 407) ORDER 2010

THE EALING (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING OUTSIDE SCHOOLS) (AMENDMENT NO. 12) TRAFFIC ORDER 20**

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council on the 24 th June 2010 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
  • 2 The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order will be to introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions applying 8am to 5pm in the length of Queen’s Walk specified in Schedule 1 to this notice.
  • 3 The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools Order will be to introduce an area in Queens Walk specified in Schedule 2 to this notice outside the Nile Lodge Playgroup subject to school “keep clear” markings at which stopping by vehicles would be prohibited between 8am and 9.30am and 3pm and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays.
  • 4 The Orders, which will come into operation on 28 th June 2010, and other documents giving more detailed particulars are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the offices of Mouchel Limited, 6 th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until the 5 th August 2010.
  • 5 Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to either of the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 5 th August 2010.
