In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 Part II, I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named company. All creditors who have not proved their debt should do so before 13 August 2010. It is my intention to declare a dividend within the period of four months from the last date of proving.
