Notice is hereby given that a first and final dividend of about 18p in the pound will shortly be paid to the non-preferential creditors.

The notice set out below applies only to those who have not yet lodged formal claims and received from me a written acknowledgement of claim.

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 13 August 2010 to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, John Bell of Hawdon Bell & Co, The Old Post Office, 63 Saville Street, North Shields, NE30 1AY, Liquidator of the said Company in default thereof they will be excluded form the benefit of the distribution which will be made within the next four months after the date specified above.
