Notice is hereby given that I, William Duncan, of RSM Tenon Recovery, Unit 1, Calder Close, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF4 3BA intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named Company prior to conclusion of the Administration of 3 October 2010. The last date for proving will be 13 August 2010.

Any such Creditor desiring to participate in the dividend must on or before that date send in his full name and address and full particulars of his debt or claim to the undersigned.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb by reason that he has not participated in the dividend so declared.
