I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 22 December 2009 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 25 January 2010. I, Amanda Morgan of 9 St James Close, Pentrebach, Merthyr Tydfil CF48 4BL, the mother of Louis David John Owens, an unmarried child and a British citizen by birth renounced and relinquished and abandoned the name of Morgan and assume the name of Owens under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
