Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 November 2009, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 December 2009, Shanti Vel of 41 Leaseway, Westcliff on Sea, Essex is single, a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Shanti Velmurugan and assumed the name of Shanti Vel.
