Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 April 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 May 2010, Chico Terrence Wynn-Galstin, of 46 Burtonwood House, Woodberry Down Estate, London N4 2RY, is single, a Commonwealth (Australian) Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Chico Terrence Wynn and assumed the name of Chico Terrence Wynn-Galstin.
