Notice is hereby given that a deed poll dated 19 February 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 February 2010 as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Muhammad Ali-Hassan Javed who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Muhammad Ayaan Javed and assumed the name of Muhammad Ali-Hassan Javed.
