Notice is hereby given that a deed poll dated 19 February 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 March 2010 as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said A’Isha Fatima Javed who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Myiesha Javed and assumed the name of A’Isha Fatima Javed.
