Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 1 December 2009, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 March 2010 as the person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Kayleigh Marie Raw, Kayleigh Marie Saunders a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Raw, and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Saunders.
