Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 March 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 March 2010, by Mrs Sheila Okailey Newton, of 9 Saxon Road, East Ham, London E6 3RZ, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Jason Agyemang Newton, who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jason Agyemang Green and assumed the name of Jason Agyemang Newton.
