Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 March 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17 March 2010, Shenaz Azmina Queensborough, 1 Lagan Court, Pound Lane, Willesden, London NW10 2HW, is single, British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Janet Agatha Queensborough and assumed the name of Shenaz Azmina Queensborough.
