Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 February 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 March 2010, as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Elizabeth Oluwatomilola Kadiri, who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Elizabeth Oluwatomilola Olayinka and assumed the name of Elizabeth Oluwatomilola Kadiri.
